Challenge
An international paper company wanted to implement a performance measurement system that would help employees better understand exactly what was expected of them and what competencies they could develop to improve productivity and the bottom line.
Actions
FullView Solutions created an individual performance management system, including the design and development of valid and reliable, multi-rater assessment instruments. The assessments helped managers set and communicate clear, behavior-based expectations determined to be essential to increasing productivity and performance.
Result
This system produced continuous improvement opportunities and, after the pilot system was completed with line workers, additional sites, as well as managers, requested inclusion in the system.
